Do you know how to change SBI pin for new debit card?

Friends all of the bank issue debit card when we open a new account. The debit card of SBI or other banks debits card valid for some years then after banks send a new debit card for the cardholder. When we received the sbi atm pin change or other banks cards we should change our new debit card pin.

SBI atm pin generation process follows step by step.



SBI ATM PIN Generation through ATM:


  • Insert the State Bank Debit Card at any State Bank Group ATM.


  • Select "PIN Generation"


  • Enter 11 digit account number and confirm.


  • Enter 10 digit registered mobile number and confirm.


  • A message will be displayed on the ATM screen that the PIN shall be received on the registered mobile number. Confirm the same.


  • Upon confirmation, One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent on a registered mobile number. OTP will be valid for 2 days.


  • The cardholder has to create a new PIN using OTP at any State Bank ATM (Banking > PIN Change) to carry out further transactions.

SBI ATM PIN Generation through Internet Banking:


  • Login to SBI online using your Internet Banking User ID and Password.


  • Select e-services >> ATM Card Services >> ATM PIN Generation.


  • Use One Time Password or profile password for authentication.


  • Select the account number to which the Debit card is linked.


  • Select the Debit Card for which you wish to create/change the PIN.


  • Enter all the four digits (i.e., the first two-digit self-chosen and the 2 digits sent to a registered mobile number) and confirm.


  • These 4 digits will be the new PIN.

SBI ATM PIN Generation through IVRS:


  • The cardholder has to call the Bank's Contact Centre (1800 425 3800/ 1800 1122 11/080-26599990) from his/her registered mobile number.


  • The cardholder has to enter the full card number and account number.


  • One Time PIN (OTP) will be sent on the registered mobile number.


  • OTP will be valid for 2 days.


  • The cardholder has to create a new PIN using OTP at any State Bank ATM (Banking> PIN change) to carry out further transactions.
